RELIGIOUS SCHOOL
Families with students from K-3 through Confirmation who are members in good standing of either B'nai Zion Congregation or Congregation Agudath Achim please use this form to enroll your child in school. If you have more than one child, scroll down and use the large + button and complete the information for each additional student. 

HEBREW SCHOOL
In addition to attending Religious School, 3rd grade through 7th grade students who plan to conduct a Bar or Bat Mitzvah service need to be enrolled in Hebrew classes. We will evaluate the students throughout the year to make sure that they are receiving the appropriate instruction. Lessons will range from familiarity with letters to being able to lead the Hebrew of the worship service, and will include reading fluency, understanding grammar, and vocabulary. Students and their families are also expected to attend worship services.


ANNUAL TUITION
$250 for Religious School (3-K through 7th grade)
$200 for Hebrew School (student must also be registered for Religious School) 
$200 for Chai 5 (8th through 10th grades)

Tuition charges will be calculated after completion of the registration form, depending on the specific enrollment that is selected below.

Tuition charges are not due until after Rosh HaShanah. You will receive an email with instructions about how much you owe and how to pay. 

Scholarship requests - and offers to help provide scholarships - are also found below in the form.

Your child's safety is our top priority. Unless you check the boxes to the right, we understand that you trust us to safely and appropriately:
 
- Share contact information with ISJL (The Institute of Southern Jewish Life: we use the ISJL curriculum, and they would only use a parent email address to provide outside of the classroom resources such as at-home family activities.)

- Share contact information with Jewish camps

- Post pictures (we do not post names with pictures) of your child online
(i.e. photos on congregation's website, Facebook, etc.). 
TUITION INFORMATION
Annual tuition is:
$250 per child for Religious School
$200 per child for Chai 5
and $200 per child for Hebrew School.
(Scholarships are available. Special tuition consideration for more than 3 students in a family can be requested. Payments can be spread out over time.)

After you submit the Registration form, the office will create a bill, and send it to the email address you have entered for the parent/guardian on this form, and will be found when you log-in to your account and go to the "Payments" page. You can choose to pay online (credit card, e-check, bank debit), send a check, contact the office for other options.

NOTE: Religious School "donations" and "tuition" are NOT the same thing. Do NOT pay for Religious School Tuition by using the "Religious School Donations" from the Donations "dropdown." Please use the link in the bill you will receive, or submit payment to the office.
