Payments can only be made if there is a W-9 form or W-4 form on file for you.

Checks are written on a two week cycle (in the middle and end of the month). Please submit work hours a few days before the middle or end of the month for the check to be written for that cycle. If hours are submitted after checks are written, you do not need to re-submit the hours, but the check will be written the next cycle.
