Rabbi Jana will help you learn about Jewish languages. Learn vocabulary and phrases in Jewish languages including: Modern Hebrew, Yiddish, Ladino, Jewish-Italian, and more.

Rabbi Jana has a doctoral degree in Humanistic Studies specializing in Linguistics. Her dissertation was about the Jewish dialect of Rome, Italy.

She plans to focus on a different Jewish language or dialect each week, explaining the background, words and phrases.

Materials will be provided.
