Guest Speaker: Sara Allen, Executive Director of BeWell, the mental health initiative of Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) in partnership with the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies (The Network).

BeWell draws on Jewish tradition, culture and community to promote wellbeing and build resilience, building the capacity of Jewish organizations to understand and respond to the growing mental health crisis. 

Sara's presentation will include information from some timely and groundbreaking research on the wellbeing of Jewish teens in the US. This study is the first of its kind and will have a complementary study on parents. The topic of supporting the wellbeing of young people and those who care for them across the Jewish community is particularly resonant right now.
