Yoga Class for Religious School parents and other adults, Sunday December 16, 9:30 to 10:45 in the Youth Group Room, with tea and light snacks available afterward. Bring a mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothes that allow movement. This will be a great opportunity for a blend of physical demands and restorative poses. No experience is necessary. The class is free, but donations are welcome. The idea for this class came from the idea of "kavanah" or intention.
