On the afternoon of Rosh Hashanah, the ceremony called Tashlich is traditionally observed. Jews go to the ocean or a stream or river to pray and cast sins into the water. 

This year, we are being considerate to the animals in the water, we will be throwing food that is safe for the animals and the water (which will be provided when you arrive).
