B'nai Zion Adult Education Registration Form
- USE THIS FORM TO REGISTER AND PAY FOR CLASSES. It is best if you are logged in first. (Do you see your name in the top right corner of the website? If not, click LOGIN and follow the instructions.)
- USE THE SCHOLARSHIP/PAYMENT PLAN FORM IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A SCHOLARSHIP OR PAYMENT PLAN.

FOUR NEW AUGUST-SEPTEMBER CLASSES:
- Learning Hebrew and Insights from Jewish / Hebrew Texts
- Ethical Dilemmas from a Jewish Perspective
- Beginning Hebrew / Learn the Aleph-Bet
- Questions and Answers about Judaism and Being Jewish

WHO:
Everyone is welcome to attend. The classes will be geared toward adults, but teens can certainly join. Contact Rabbi Jana if younger students would like to attend.

WHEN:
August-September  Session begins August 17 and 18 will continue until before Rosh HaShanah 
Days: Classes will be Wednesdays and Thursdays. Check the specific class - some classes begin 6pm and other begin 7:30pm

FEES:
Tuition is $18 per course for B'nai Zion members or conversion students; $36 for non-members. Scholarships are available (If you are requesting a scholarship or payment plan, please use the other Registration form). See each individual class for materials (textbooks, etc.)

WHERE: 
All classes will be available on Zoom.
- Watch for details about when/if in-person option becomes available. We are currently ONLY offering Zoom classes. 

WHAT: 

-Hebrew Texts Studies: explore Hebrew Scripture, Liturgy, and Modern Hebrew selections. Students can improve Hebrew reading and comprehension skills, and gain insights from studying Hebrew texts. 
Wednesdays 6-7:30pm.

-Ethical Dilemmas from a Jewish Perspective: Rabbi Jana will present ethical dilemmas and examine Jewish sources for guidelines about understanding what to do.
Wednesdays 7:30pm.

-Beginning Hebrew: Hebrew from Day One - learn to read all of the Hebrew letters and vowels using the First Day of Creation from Genesis and the Decalogue from Exodus. 
Thursdays 6-7:30pm.

-Jewish Answers: Ask questions about Judaism, and Rabbi Jana will explore the answers with you. 
Thursdays 7:30pm.
